Return & Refund Policy

No returns and no refunds

Indiekathaa does not accept returns and does not provide refunds for ordinary change-of-mind, preference, fit or size reasons. Please review product descriptions, measurements, images and other available information carefully before placing an order.

If there is a problem with your order

If you receive an item that is materially damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise requires a remedy under applicable law, contact us as soon as possible at indiekathaa1@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant.

We will assess the issue and respond with the remedy, if any, that is applicable to the circumstances and to mandatory legal requirements. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Order cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Refunds through Razorpay

Where a refund is legally required or otherwise approved by Indiekathaa, it will be processed through the applicable payment method/payment infrastructure, including Razorpay where appropriate. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and banking system.
