1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Indiekathaa website and purchases made through it. Indiekathaa is the customer-facing brand operated by Justknock Marketing Private Limited. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Products
Indiekathaa offers curated women’s clothing, including Formal Wear, Semi-Formal, and Cotton Suits & Dresses. Product photographs are intended to represent the products accurately, but colour, texture and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and individual device displays. Measurements and product details should be checked before purchase.
3. Availability and stock
Products are subject to availability. An item in the cart is not necessarily reserved until the order has been successfully placed. Where inventory management is enabled, the available quantity shown by the store is the quantity we have configured as available for sale.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account and delivery information and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not create fraudulent accounts or use another person’s account without permission.
5. Orders
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. We may contact you if information is incomplete, a product is unavailable, a material listing error has occurred, or another issue prevents fulfilment. Order confirmation does not remove any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Prices and payment
Prices displayed on the website are intended to be current and are shown in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Where Razorpay is enabled, payment is processed through Razorpay and the payment methods it makes available. Do not share card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, OTPs or banking passwords with Indiekathaa.
7. Delivery
Delivery availability, charges and estimated timelines are shown or communicated during the ordering process where applicable. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, public events, force majeure or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.
8. No returns and no refunds
Indiekathaa does not accept returns and does not provide refunds for ordinary change-of-mind, preference, fit or size reasons. Customers should carefully review product details, measurements and other information before placing an order.
If an item is delivered materially damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise requires a remedy under applicable law, please contact us promptly at indiekathaa1@gmail.com with your order number and photographs/details. Any remedy in such a case will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only where the order has not reached a stage where cancellation is no longer reasonably possible. Contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation after processing or dispatch.
10. Fraud and misuse
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, use fraudulent payment methods, create deceptive orders or otherwise abuse the service.
11. Intellectual property
Indiekathaa’s name, logo, original copy, photographs, graphics and other original material are owned by or used with permission by the business and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
12. Third-party services
The store may use WordPress, WooCommerce, Razorpay, hosting, email services, WhatsApp, Instagram, courier partners and other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Privacy
Your use of the store is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Personal information is handled as described there.
14. Applicable law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal rights applicable to you.
