Shipping at a glance
India: Standard shipping is free on all orders. Standard delivery is expected within 4–7 working days. Orders are normally handed to the courier within 2 working days from our dispatch location in Gurgaon, Haryana.
Express shipping: Express delivery is available at ₹150, subject to serviceability and availability. For express shipping availability and delivery timing, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing or immediately after placing your order.
International: We ship internationally to destinations where service is available. International shipping charges vary by destination and are determined during the checkout/shipping process. The courier or service used may vary by destination.
Customs and import duties: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local charges or other destination-country charges that may apply.
COD: Cash on Delivery is not available.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are dispatched from Gurgaon, Haryana (122002). We aim to hand orders to the courier within 2 working days. Tracking information is provided for shipped orders, with updates sent by email and WhatsApp where available.
Delivery attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may make another attempt. Where appropriate, we may contact the customer before a further attempt. If an order is ultimately returned to us after failed delivery attempts, any applicable return-to-origin cost may be deducted from the amount refundable or otherwise payable, subject to the applicable order policy and law.
Exchanges and shipping
Indiekathaa does not accept ordinary returns. Exchanges may be requested within 3 days of delivery, subject to the Exchange Policy. For a normal exchange, the customer is responsible for applicable exchange shipping. If the product is defective or damaged, Indiekathaa will bear the applicable return/exchange shipping cost.
Important
Actual serviceability, courier availability, international charges and shipment options can depend on the destination, package details and logistics availability at the time of shipment. The shipping/logistics integration may therefore show the final applicable option or charge during checkout.
